Job and admission portals often want a single PDF with your documents in a specific order, under a size limit, with a sensible file name. Doing it carelessly leads to rejected uploads and missing pages. This workflow takes about fifteen minutes and gives you a clean file you can reuse for other applications.

Open Image to PDF →Read the instructions twice and write down exactly what is required: the documents, the order, the maximum file size and whether one file or several are wanted. A common list is a cover letter, CV, ID copy, educational certificates, experience letters and a photo. Following the stated order avoids a rejected application.
If some of your documents are already PDFs, build the image PDF first and then combine everything with Merge PDFs.
If the file is too large, go back to the images, shrink each with the image compressor to about 100 to 200 KB, and build the PDF again. MZScan does not compress an existing PDF, so reducing the images first is the way to make a smaller file.
Use a clear name such as Ali-Khan-Application-Documents.pdf, and keep a copy in your documents folder. Next time you apply, you only need to replace the pages that have changed.
Should everything be in one PDF?
Only if the instructions say so. Some portals want each document uploaded separately.
What page size should I use?
A4 is the usual choice. Use "Same size as photo" only if you do not want white bars around the pictures.
How do I reduce a PDF that is too large?
Shrink the images with the compressor, then build the PDF again with Normal quality.
Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
