Many teachers and learning platforms accept only one PDF per assignment, with a size limit and a required file name. Handwritten work photographed in a hurry often arrives dark, crooked and in the wrong order, and sometimes it is rejected. A short routine fixes all of this and works for notes, worksheets and exam answer sheets.

Open Image to PDF →Lay the page flat, use even daylight with no shadow, and hold your phone directly above. Photograph the pages in order. Check each photo and retake it if it is blurry, or if a corner is cut off.
For more control, add the cleaned images to Image to PDF, put them in page order, choose A4, a Small margin and Normal quality, and create the PDF. If the platform has a small limit, shrink the images with the image compressor before building the PDF.
Name study notes by subject, topic and date, for example physics-ch4-motion-2026-10-12.pdf, and back them up. See how to organise and name scanned documents.
Can I submit photos instead of a PDF?
Only if the platform allows it. Many require one PDF, so build it with Image to PDF.
What if the platform has a very small size limit?
Shrink the images first, and choose Normal quality when you create the PDF.
Can I edit a mistake after scanning?
You can add or erase text on a copy with the editor, but do not change answers after the deadline or in a way that misrepresents your work.
Your files stay on your device. Nothing is uploaded.
